Predrag Ličina was born in 1972 in Zagreb, Croatia. He studied film and TV directing at the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb. In the early 1990s he wrote film reviews for newspapers in Croatia, and after that he worked at the Croatian Radio and Television (HRT). By the end of the 1990s he also directed 70 music videos. Since the beginning of the 2000s he has directed some 80 commercials.
In 2012 he wrote and directed 15 episodes of a humoristic series for youth Nedjeljom ujutro, subotom navečer. A year later, he directed his first short fiction Teleport Zovko, and in 2019 his debut feature Posljednji Srbin u Hrvatskoj is released.
